Books about Progressive Rock Music

I am looking for books about Progressive rock music that I can give to my 23 year old son. He is very interested in Progressive Rock Music and is playing guitar in a band. I could really use some help as i have no idea which book is god.

He's not a beginner, so the standard of the books must be equivalent to satisfy a reader of a an advanced level.
