Noah Francis Johnson will feature in a BBC One Wales documentary on the 24th November 2014 that focuses on the music fuelled teenage rebellion in 1970s Wales. In this 4-part series, Noah Francis Johnson shares his experiences with other Welsh Stars and National TV personalities ranging from Carol Vorderman most known for her 26 year stretch on Countdown to award winning comedian / television host Mike Doyle. Using colour archive, personal stories and a killer seventies soundtrack this peoples history tells the extraordinary story of the rebellion by the younger generation who came of age in the 1970s- and transformed Wales forever. It was a period where the younger generation cast aside age old restraints that were imposed on them by parents, schools and chapels. In this documentary Noah Francis Johnson has been acknowledged as one of the people at the forefront of this experience, in part due to his mixed background and his involvement with music, boxing and dancing.Noah Francis Johnsons contribution gives us a unique understanding of his journey throughout this decade and gives indication as to why his life has led to the musical point it has today. Other Welsh personalities who join Noah Francis Johnson in this story include Gareth Jones who explains how Rock and Roll was the soundtrack to his rebellion and singer, actress and presenter Caryl Parry Jones.
Noah Francis Johnson has an upcoming album entitled Tiger Bay following his recent release Harvest Tree E.P and landmark debut album Life & Times. This is led by an imminent single Fire released on the 22nd of November, surrounded by an array of Radio, Press and TV appearances.
