I am trying to find the original movie file score for Batman from 1989. It was composed by Danny Elfman. I would like to arrange it for a winter drumline by myself. I am willing to pay for the score but I can't locate it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction.

You won't find it for sale, period. It is only available for hire as it is firmly under copyright. You'd need to find the copyright holder's publisher is my best guess. Regardless of anything else (private use for example) it is not able to be copied or modified in anyway without the composer's permission.

I would contact a few arrangers online who might be willing to help you. Most of us have written this piece (sometimes many times) and have scores. You might also simply buy a marching band arrangemtns from JW Pepper. These would just be the main theme.
