Some years back, I heard in an radio broadcast that Prince had taken a new name in stead of Prince? Do you know this new name, or is my memory poppy-cock?

A Prince fan? Ummm, Tbh, I did listen listen to his music back in the eighties, saw the film *Purple Rain*, bought three albums and then lost interest around 1990. I attended a New Years Party in 1999 where, guess what, they played his music. It was strange to enter the party locale when all of a sudden *1999* blared out of the sound system - talk about deja vu...My girlfriend at the time shrieked with laughter and dragged me up unto the dance floor.
Anyway, I don't know the new name he goes by - sorry........
