And Jay Z Music Album

I think it's two different albums altogether. The film soundtrack (amazon page) as far as I know doesn't feature any tracks by Jay-Z but jay-Z was inspired by the film when making his concept album "American Gangster" (wiki article) also using some samples from the soundtrack.
