Hi, Methodistgirl. I guess my username says it all lol. I'm a Classical guitarist. Still upgrading my skills, though. I keep procrastinating about posting a video on youtube but I know I will someday. I just got an SX mini Amp.

Hello Maz. You can also get yourself a good guitar method book and keep interacting with peaple who already play the instrument. Thats what I did about a year ago and now I can play.

You can also watch instructional videos. I believe this forum will be of great help too.

Hi Markjam83.
I've never come accross a guitar chord chart for left handed players. Most books will tell to use the same chords but change the chord shape to begin from right to left eg, "->" to "<-".

I've never come accross any Guitar Chord Chart for left handed players. Most books advise to make the Chord shapes face the opposite direction e.g. "->" to "<-".

Basically all you need to know are the strings and frets involved in the chord. So read the right handed chord chart, take note of the strings and frets involved then place your fingers appropriately onto your guitar.

Who do you think are the most influential guitar players working today And, just to be precise, by 'influential', I mean those who are taking the guitar to a new level of sophistication and musicianship.

For the record, my choices would be Tommy Emmanuel and Justin King, but please feel free to express your choices too, with an explanation why you have chosen these players.

I can play guitar, too, but not that good. I left my guitar home and now I am contemplating on buying a new one or not... maybe next time, or this Christmas :D I miss playing it, though I can only pluck some, strum some... I love the sound of the guitar :)

As for me, my fingers are too short lols... I should get the junior one. I am sure there is a proper technique for it, I just learned on my own..

My teacher has really small hands and she plays beautifully so I guess it is all down to the correct technique.

My hands aren't that big either. I wear a size 6 wedding band
not a 12. But still I can play any size neck guitar you can
throw at me. My hand span is also less than six inches across.
